Jeremiah Moryl : Owner of Tropical Builders, Inc.
I have been fortunate to live in the Hilton Head and Bluffton area since 1983. I have watched the area transform over the years into the paradise that it is today. I attended the University of South Carolina and received a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering in 2001. After graduating I worked for my Dad’s company which was involved in building custom homes and remodeling. During that time I was able to get hands on experience with all aspects of new construction. In 2003 I became a licensed Residential Home Builder in the state of South Carolina. In 2005 I started Tropical Builders, Inc. after being introduced to an investor that was looking for a contractor to build a home. I am very thankful for this opportunity because it allowed me to build the company into what its is today.
