This Hilton Head Island home underwent a complete remodel with the addition of two bedrooms , two bathrooms, and a bonus room. The existing home was taken down to the studs and a large portion of the roof was removed to allow for the addition. The kitchen was redesigned to incorporate two new islands and received all new cabinets, granite / marble counter tops, and GE Monogram Appliances. All of the existing bathrooms were completely renovated with all new tile/marble, cabinets, counter tops , and fixtures. On the exterior new Marvin windows and doors were installed along with cedar shake siding. The pool underwent a complete renovation and pavers were installed.
