I am here to say some GREAT things about Jeremiah and Tropical Builders. In 2015, I was given a strong recommendation for Jeremiah and Tropical Builders.

At the time I lived in Turtle Lane Club a secondary gated community within Sea Pines. I was looking for someone to build the new entrance complex which included a gate house, motorized entrance gate, driveway paving and surrounding fences for the community. I interviewed several and decided on Tropical Builders. The project went very well, and when all was said and done, it won the First Place in the 2016 Hilton Head AIA Design Awards Competition for an Accessory Structure. This was a great conclusion to our project.

In time, I moved from my town house in Turtle Lane to a house. The house was almost 40 years old and was in need of considerable work. There was no question, in my mind, as to whom I would ask to do the remodeling. Again, Tropical Builders did a wonderful job. One thing that stood out to me as being especially good about working with Jeremiah and Tropical Builders was his choice of subcontractors. His specialty carpenter, electrician, plumber and masons were all first class. Thanks Jeremiah ….. Two well done jobs and I am pleased to give you a great recommendation

Jeremiah and Mariah and their entire team were amazing to work with. My house is beautiful, and I feel safe knowing that they go the extra mile to do things the right way and make things perfect. I lived and worked from my home during a massive renovation and they were so respectful and easy to have in my home. I would hire them again in a minute!

Tropicial Builders run by a Jeremiah Moryl is a first class General Contractor. I hired Jeremiah for a significant home enhancement project while we were overseas. The project was three phases and required an extensive level of work/effort. It included a significant extension to the home, multiple decks, and a pool. The HOA Architecture Chairperson routinely told me how much thay appreciated the professionalism and qaulity of workmanship. Jeremiah and his team perform the work with tremendous quality, professionalism, integrity and value. I have had a number of my neighbors comment on how well things were done. Jeremiah is a first class General Contrator and I would not hesitate to hire him again. He is a pleasure to work with and is always available if we need any assistance. He stands completely by his work. He is a contractor you can count on.

Tropical Builders completed an addition and renovations to our Sea Pines home last year. The workmanship was outstanding. They communicated well and were punctual throughout the project and held the costs under their original estimate. We could not be more pleased with the results.

Tropical builders did an amazing job on renovation back in 2017. Everything has held up so well, and Jeremiah is still very responsive whenever we need anything. We highly recommend and would use again!
